Free Shipping On All Orders Of $99 & Up*

*Most orders of $99 or more ship for FREE. Orders with products that reach maximum weight and/or dimension limits will ship freight. Freight carriers ship merchandise that is above maximum weight and dimension limits for common carriers.

Due to the detail specificity needed for shipping large/oversized items, calculated shipping costs can be inaccurate online. A customer service representative may contact you after your order has been placed to verify any changes in shipping costs. If an order requires freight delivery, any additional charges are conveyed to the customer.

Gear Direct To Your Door

Most orders placed by 11 a.m. EST are shipped on the same business day. We primarily ship orders via UPS and USPS. Depending on your location, packages take 1 to 5 business days for delivery in the contiguous United States. Weekends or holidays are not considered “business days”. The shipping time provided by the carrier is just an estimate. In the case that your order is delayed due to the shipping carrier, there will be no refunds on shipping charges. Please note that shipping carriers such as UPS and USPS do not have any guarantees on delivery time of packages.

We currently only ship to the contiguous United States (including Alaska, Hawaii), Canada, APOs, and U.S. Territories: Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and Puerto Rico.

US Military Shipments

We ship to all military APO/FPO - deliveries to APO/FPO will be shipped via the United States Postal Service at Standard rates. Select Standard Shipping at checkout. Allow for extended delivery times. All orders shipping to U.S. Military addresses must comply with U.S. Export Control Laws and Regulations.

Backordered Items

Sometimes an item may be out of stock. These items will be placed on an order with the manufacturer and shipped once they are received. Delivery time varies, but can take 30-45 days depending on the manufacturer stock levels.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are automatically calculated by the size and weight of your order. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Pricing is subject to change without notification.

Additional shipping charges will be applied for all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, APOs, and U.S. Territories: Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and Puerto Rico.

Lost/Damaged Packages

Lost or damaged packages from shipping carriers should be reported immediately to ensure they are addressed in a timely manner. Claims must be reported within 30 days after original ship date. Any claims reported after 30 days of the original ship date may not be accepted and CopsPlus assumes no responsibility for claims made after that time period.

Fraud Protection

At CopsPlus, safeguarding your orders against fraud is our top priority. To achieve this, we employ a credit card authorization system that cross-references your credit card details with the billing address registered with your bank. It's important to note that providing a different address may result in delays as we verify your information, potentially placing your order on hold.

For smoother processing, we recommend using identical billing and shipping information whenever possible. Any discrepancies may lead to a hold on your order until all details are confirmed. Please be aware that CopsPlus cannot be held liable for shipping upgrades or discounts in such instances.
