Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. If you have received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item(s) as a result of our error, then return shipping charges are void. Returns for refund will incur a 15% restocking fee. There is NO restocking fee for exchanges.
All returned items must be in perfect unused condition, with all components, complete with original packaging. After we receive your returned item(s) and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Custom products cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or replacement, unless defective. If custom item(s) is defective, please contact customerservice@copsplus.com.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping Policy
We currently only ship to the contiguous United States (including Alaska & Hawaii), Canada, APOs, and American Territories: Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and Puerto Rico. Note that there are restrictions on some products; some products cannot be shipped to certain U.S. states and international destinations.
Shipping hazardous materials is subject to strict regulations. Orders containing items like pepper spray or ammunition will be shipped via Standard Shipping, regardless of the chosen delivery method at checkout. Customers are accountable for researching and adhering to all pertinent local, state, and federal laws concerning the possession, usage, and sale of any hazardous materials acquired from CopsPlus.com. Courage Tactical, dba CopsPlus, bears no responsibility for any failure to comply with the law.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. See Shipping Information.
Order Cancellation Policy
CopsPlus is keen on shipping orders as quickly as possible. As a result, once an order is submitted, we will not be able to cancel your order once it has been processed, nor will we be able to stop it from shipping. Any order that needs to be returned is subject to the Returns Policy.
