Easy Returns - 30 Days To Decide!

Products purchased from CopsPlus.com come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the gear you ordered is not quite what you had in mind, you can return the item for an exchange or a refund on the purchase price (excluding shipping) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns for refund will incur a 15% restocking fee unless it was an item that was sent wrong on our part, arrived damaged, or materially different from what was described on our site. There is NO restocking fee for exchanges. All returned items must be in perfect unused condition, with all components, complete with original packaging. Please be advised, CopsPlus does not provide return labels for any returned or exchanged items.

Exchanges

Warranty Issues

All warranty issues are dealt with by the manufacturer of the product. If a problem occurs with your purchased item within the period covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer for a direct resolution of your warranty claim.

Instructions

  • Contact us and let us know which item you need to return or exchange.
  • We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) Number for the item.
  • Repackage the item making sure to clearly write the Return Authorization (RA) Number on the outside of the package.
