Refer An Agency, Get Rewarded!

The CopsPlus Agency Referral Program is available exclusively to agencies with an existing CopsPlus account. These agencies can refer a new agency that does not yet have an account with CopsPlus. The Agency Referral Program is accessible only online at CopsPlus. Current CopsPlus account holders who initiate a referral are termed “Referrers,” while new agencies that sign up with CopsPlus upon accepting a referral are termed “Referees.” 

Referrers must have an existing CopsPlus account to be eligible for the program, to make referrals, and to receive referral rewards. The Referee must not have an existing CopsPlus.com account at the time of referral.

To participate in the Agency Referral Program, complete the following:

1. Have or Create an Account: Ensure you have an active CopsPlus.com account.

2. Get Your Referral Code: Contact Matt Bell via email at mattb@copsplus.com to register and receive your unique referral code.

3. Start Referring: Share your referral code withe agencies that could benefit from our extensive product range and exceptional service.

For the Referrer to receive the reward, the Referee must contact Matt Bell via email at mattb@copsplus.com or call (800) 330-6422 to create an account and place a quote request and order of at least $100 using the Referrer’s personal referral code.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Participation in the Agency Referral Program is prohibited where restricted by applicable law or regulation. The program is available exclusively through CopsPlus.com. Referral rewards cannot be earned by referring someone who is already a CopsPlus.com member, or by referring yourself.

If the referred agency is already a CopsPlus.com member, they cannot claim to have been referred by you, and you will not receive a reward for that referral. Each agency can only accept one referral and cannot accept referrals from multiple people.

The Referrer’s account registration and referral code must be in place before the Referee opens a new account on CopsPlus.com.

There is no limit to the number of eligible referrals an existing CopsPlus.com member can make per calendar year. CopsPlus reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel this program at any time.

CopsPlus.com reserves the right to void any referral reward based on the following: (1) ineligibility of any Agency Referral Program participant, (2) fraudulent activity, or (3) if CopsPlus.com, in its sole discretion, finds that you have violated any of the Agency Referral Program Terms and Conditions. 

REWARDS

As a Referrer, you’ll get 10% of your referral’s initial purchase order (PO) amount credited to your account on CopsPlus.com. This credit can be used towards future purchases on our website. The maximum referral credit a Referrer can earn is $100, even if the Referee’s order is larger. Reward subject to change.

The Referee’s PO must be at least $100 to qualify. Referral rewards will be provided by CopsPlus.com. Please allow up to 5 business days for in-store credit after the new member’s activation and PO completion.

Referral rewards are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit or other merchandise outside the Agency Referral Program.

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the Agency Referral Program at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to not award a reward or disqualify someone from the Agency Referral Program if we feel, in our sole discretion, that fraudulent behavior or other unethical conduct has occurred in any way that compromises the fairness of the Agency Referral Program in any way. Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions and are not valid for previous offers or orders. Spam, unsolicited commercial email, or any form of illegal means of communication is illegal, prohibited, and will be grounds for termination of your participation in this Agency Referral Program. Fraudulent or unethical means of communication such as using bots, fictitious identities, fake emails, or scripts is also prohibited and will result in similar actions by us with respect to terminating your participation in the Agency Referral Program. CopsPlus.com products are subject to additional terms, conditions, and other restrictions.

By participating in this Agency Referral Program, you agree to release and hold harmless CopsPlus.com, as the operator of the Agency Referral Program, and its affiliates and subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, consultants, and agents, and any other entity associated with marketing this Agency Referral Program (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims or damages arising out of, or in connection with the Agency Referral Program. You further agree that the Agency Referral Program and rewards are provided "as is where is". THERE ARE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO STATUTORY WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, THIRD PARTIES RIGHTS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS. IN NO EVENT WILL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS, EVEN IF ONE PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
