Faxon Firearms FF556BCGCNITRIDE-NCR Bolt Carrier Group, 5.56 NATO, AR-15, Chameleon PVD Coated, Salt Bath Nitrided Bolt, Black

Experience superior performance with the Faxon Firearms Bolt Carrier Group designed for 5.56 NATO and compatible with AR-15 platforms. Crafted with MIL-SPEC standards as a baseline, this group incorporates advanced materials and treatments for optimal durability and functionality. The bolt is made from high-strength 9310 tool steel, ensuring it withstands rigorous use and high-pressure loads. Nitriding process enhances surface hardness, reduces friction, and provides excellent corrosion resistance compared to standard chrome or phosphated finishes. Every bolt undergoes full MPI testing to guarantee material integrity and eliminate defects, offering peace of mind for demanding applications. Bolt lugs are precisely chamfered at 45 degrees for seamless operation, even with high-pressure handloads or lightweight actions. The Chameleon PVD coating on the bolt carrier and gas key adds a layer of protection while maintaining a sleek, professional appearance. Ideal for enthusiasts and professionals seeking reliable components that exceed basic specifications.
