Sirchie Write-On Tab Hinge Lifters

This lifter is a pre-assembled device that combines the lifting medium (acrylic adhesive on a .005" clear acetate tab) a backing sheet of clear acetate or opaque vinyl and the addition of an information write-on tab at the base of the assembly. The write-on tab hinge lifter is constructed of .005" thick Mylar to eliminate tab peeling–completely. The thickness helps to eliminate air pockets and distortion. Immediate comparisons may be made with suspected prints and the print be used directly for contact prints or enlargements. Critical notations on the tab can be made and remain with the lifted evidence as an integral component.
