Here are some guidelines to ensure a quick and hassle-free return process.
Instructions For Returns and Exchanges:
- Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of you receiving the item. The item must be unused and in it's original packaging.
- Contact us by email: customerservice@copsplus.com or fax: (718) 267-7029, let us know what item you want to return or exchange and for what reason. Don't forget to include your order number
- We will email you within 24 hours with your Return Authorization (RA) Number.
- Repackage the item making sure to clearly write the Return Authorization (RA) Number on the outside of the package.

- Once the item has been received, we will send you the exchange item or refund your account. A 15% restocking fee is applicable on refunds for returns not due to an error on our part.
